  • Andreas Fulcher President/CEO - Voted 2003 Texas Business Man of the Year by the NRCC, and President of the Texas Minority Association of Contractors (TMAC)
  • He began work in construction in 1996 after moving to Texas from Germany. Worked as an administrative coordinator for Crete-Plus in January 1996.
  • In December 1996, Founded and incorporated Onycha Industries as a General Contractor. Became President/CEO upon inception. Solely responsible for the conception, management and training of all aspects and personnel of what is now a thriving business enterprise.
  • Onycha has constantly shown growth in assets, revenue, and reputation in the construction industry since inception.
  • Onycha is aspiring to open an office in Austin to increase our capacity.
